Management

The distribution of special machinery at home and abroad, the cooperation with customers and partners, and the project management up to its seamless implementation at the end customer form the core of the successful concept of BUE Engineering. I accompany your team as a coach and servant leader in your projects with the know-how and profound expertise I have acquired over more than two decades. The goal is to support your team with new perspectives and impulses and continuously improve their development processes.

Project development

As a project manager, I realize complex domestic and international projects for you – independently, cost-consciously, and efficiently. Interdisciplinary challenges require individually adapted concepts. As your direct contact person, I develop the processes needed for you and, in given cases, coordinate support from my network of experts. The main focus of my work is on demanding investment projects in special machinery and plant engineering, often in combination with the planning of the necessary infrastructure.

Agile product development

From the first vision to the finished product. One variant of agile project management is Scrum. The framework describes a project process in stages (sprints), which are always concluded with the delivery of a usable intermediate result (increments). The focus is on continuous value creation for the benefit of the customer. As a Scrum Master (TÜV certificate), I enable your team to achieve the defined project goals efficiently.
